Are you an **organised, friendly, and proactive** individual looking to work in a **fast-paced, professional healthcare setting**? Quay Health is seeking a **Casual Receptionist** to join our **Sydney CBD** team for **20 hours per week**.

**About the Role**

As a **Casual Receptionist**, you’ll be the **first point of contact** for our clients, ensuring a **seamless** and **professional**experience. Your responsibilities will include:
**Front Desk Management** - Greeting clients with a warm and friendly approach
**Appointment Scheduling** - Managing bookings through our secure scheduling system
**Billing & Payments** - Processing payments and invoices accurately
**Administrative Support** - Assisting practitioners with reports, data entry, and clinic organisation

**About You**

To excel in this role, you should have:
**Excellent communication and customer service skills**
A **professional, friendly, and welcoming demeanour**
**Strong organisational skills** and attention to detail
Ability to **multi-task and work efficiently** in a fast-paced setting
**Previous experience in reception, admin, or customer service (preferred, but not essential)**
Interest in **health & wellness (advantageous but not required)**
