Our client is seeking a receptionist to join their team based in the heart of Sydney. You will be the face of the company, liaising with clients and customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing Reception Desk
- Providing quality administrative assistance
- Large switchboard operation - transferring calls & managing a large volume of calls, providing messages to the appropriate staff member when required
- Liaising with clients and visitors and advising appropriate staff members on visitor arrival
- General data entry - updating system in regards to client files
- Office Coordination
- Assisting on general administration needs for staff members

**Key Requirements**:

- No Reception experience necessary All training provided
- Experience in face to face customer service - retail or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication skills - verbal & written
- Ability to work within a high volume, team environment
- Ability to multitask and take initiative
