**The Opportunity**

The IT Lead - M365 will provide leadership on the deployment, management and use of the products contained within the M365 technology stack.

**The Accountabilities**
- Developing and executing strategies for deploying M365 solutions within The Arnott’s Group.
- Providing technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders on M365 platform and collaborating with other teams, such as security and compliance, to ensure that M365 solutions meet the organisation's requirements.
- Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft 365 features and capabilities, as well as best practices for implementation and management.
- Analysing user feedback and usage data to identify areas for improvement in Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Conducting training sessions for users to ensure they understand how to use Microsoft 365 solutions effectively and troubleshooting issues with Microsoft 365 solutions and coordinating with Microsoft to resolve them.

**The Ingredients for Success**

Just like you can’t make a Tim Tam without chocolate, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role:

- Hand on experience with Microsoft 365, specifically Exchange online, SharePoint online, Microsoft Teams (including voice and video capabilities), Yammer, and Power Platform
- Understanding of administrative, security, and data loss prevention capabilities of Microsoft 365
- Experience with Azure AD, and Azure AD Connect
- Ability to visualise, articulate and solve complex problems
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in IT, or related technical field or equivalent work experience
