Built into the company’s core business is a range of educational and student support services. The company establishes many networks with education providers to enhance the service it provides to students.

We are looking for an Education Consultant/Marketing & Recruitment Officer with a cheerful personality, enthusiastic, outgoing, warm and approachable, possess strong initiative, have the ability to work autonomously but also a great team player & have effective interpersonal and communication skill.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide personalised education counselling to students on study options in Australia
- Advise students on visa requirements and assist with documentation preparation
- Maintain regular communication with students and ensure a high level of client service
- To build excellent relationships with representatives from institutions
- To develop and maintain relationship with partner groups (e.g. student clubs / associations)
- To visit schools, colleges and universities and build relationships with international and school coordinators
- Plan and execute marketing activities (roadshows, education fairs, virtual events)

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is preferred
- Previous experience in student counselling, marketing, or international education preferred
- Knowledge of Australian Universities and visa procedures is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer service mindset with attention to detail
- Able to take initiative, work independently and as part of a team
