**Company**:Opportunity to join one of Australia's leading activewear brands, based in North Sydney. Having experienced tremendous growth over the last decade, an experienced customer service coordinator is needed to enhance the customer experience.

**About the role**

The Customer Experience Coordinator supports implementation of strategies and programs whilst assisting with customer research and customer feedback analysis

The customer Experience Coordinator is responsible for customer communication across the whole brand

You will be highly motivated with a positive attitude, providing support and resolving customer queries in a timely manner. You will be able to ensure a cohesive customer experience by coordinating with other departments whilst identifying areas for improvement.

You will be able to train new employees on customer service procedures and standards of care and be able to develop and implement new policies related to improving the customer experience.

**About You**
Required experience:

- E-commerce experience and e-commerce platform experience
- Excellent leadership skills
- Must have shopify experience
- Experience with inventory system software
- Retail industry knowledge and understanding combined with a passion for fitness and health
