About the role:
Love creating seamless experiences and memorable events? We're seeking an Events & Customer Experience Coordinator to bring their strong organisational skills, energy, and a people-first approach to our team. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind events that leave a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organise and execute custom events from start to finish.
- Coordinate activities with key stakeholders
- Able to work within a defined budget
- Coordinate development logistics before and during an event
- Be responsible for ensuring all aspects of the event run smoothly.
- Assist with promotional and marketing material
- Work collaboratively with suppliers in the design and delivery of events.
- Ensure building-specific guidelines are followed on event days
- Develop an event run sheet
- Assist colleagues with the coordination of deliveries and onsite marketing where required
- Maintain strong and effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance, risk management and corporate governance principles are adhered to.
About You
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Canva for production of marketing and signage,
- Intermediate knowledge of IT hardware for AV equipment, Wi-Fi, mobile devices, and office equipment
- Demonstrated experience within an administration role providing support to a team, office, or senior individual in a corporate environment.
- Experience in engaging with VIP clients and busy professionals.
- Hospitality, or similar degree/diploma
