**Your new role**

This position will be pivotal in driving the success of our sales administration operations. This role will effectively lead the sales administration team, support the Sales Managers in meeting KPIs, leverage data analysis to drive strategic decision-making, challenge existing processes, and actively contribute in a hands-on capacity to the success of the sales support function.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Relevant experience in a similar position, preferably in the building and construction industry.
- Strong leadership skills, able to lead a sales administration team and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Proficient in data analysis, including sales reports, customer data, and market insights, to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Track record of driving and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs), implementing strategies, and addressing areas for improvement.
- Strategic thinker, able to challenge the status quo and optimise sales support processes.
- Excellent communication skills, building relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Effective task prioritisation and attention to detail in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Hands-on involvement in day-to-day sales administration tasks and supporting team members.
- Problem-solving abilities, resolving complex issues and finding practical solutions.
- Adaptability to changing business needs and thriving in a dynamic sales environment.
- Dedication to exceptional customer service and understanding its impact on sales success.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Oversee the sales administration team, guiding their performance and development, while fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers to establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team, analysing data and trends to identify areas for improvement and supporting the implementation of strategies to surpass targets.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify growth opportunities, providing valuable insights to optimise sales processes, enhance customer targeting, and improve overall performance.
- Challenge existing processes, seek feedback, and explore innovative approaches to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and contribute to company growth.
- Engage in day-to-day operations of the sales administration team, assisting with administrative tasks, and providing guidance and support to ensure smooth execution of sales processes.
- Fulfil other duties as required, actively participate in KPI reviews, adhere to the code of conduct, and comply with company policies, procedures, and Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) regulation
