**Position**: Outbound Sales Team Leader
Location: Gold Coast, Queensland
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage a high-performing outbound sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed team targets, revenue goals, and KPIs.
- Monitor and analyse sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to the professional development of team members.
- Stay current with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to make informed decisions.
- Lead by example and demonstrate a hands-on approach to sales activities when required.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in outbound sales, with a minimum of 1 - 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to inspire and motivate a diverse sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-energy work environment.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
