Through continued success and growth, our client is looking to appoint a new Customer Care / Sales Team Leader to join their wealth services business on the Gold Coast.
This is a really exciting opportunity for someone looking to join a successful business, offering free parking, office hours of 9am-4pm / 9am -4.30pm negotiable, a great team dynamic and driven energy, with excellent career prospects.
**The role**
This is a varied role and suitable for someone with a good base of skills across supervisory, sales & customer service.
Working in an open plan office your role will be to support a small team of Appointment Setters and ensure they are meeting KPI's, whilst managing customer care follow up & welcome calls and ensuring the smooth running of the administrative and office functions
**Duties include**:
- Creating an excellent team culture through motivation and drive;
- Ensuring client queries are dealt with professionally & in a timely manner;
- Client database management, creating & updating new client records;
- Assist with contract administration and liaise with stakeholders such as Financial Advisors, finance brokers etc....;
- Ensure peak organizational operations and provide preventative measures by identifying issues;
- Implement established policies and procedures, measure outcomes against standards, and improve operational flow when identified;
- General Admin, process mail, set up meetings, support the Director and produce reports;
- Maintain office efficiency by maintaining appearance of common areas, organizing procedures, handling correspondence, managing filing systems, and overseeing supplies and equipment ;
- Oversee and maintain office equipment for uninterrupted function, identify and fulfill office supply needs, maintain and manage vendors.;
- Manage all aspects of the office’s space/infrastructure planning (moves, adds, and changes to workstations) and provide answers, resources, and solutions as requested;
- Anything else that the Director requires on an ad-hoc basis
**Applicant Requirements**
- You will have a proven track record in your ability to supervise and lead a team of sales / appointment setters
- Exceptional organizational and administrative skills / experience
- Experience with in the Financial Services or Property field preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A true leader, someone who can get the best out of people and create a good team culture
- Someone who can use their own initiative and take responsibility for their own work load and accountability for completing tasks.
