Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Sales Manager to lead our sales team and provide exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising employees, assisting the Sales Manager with managing daily operations, and training new sales employees.

About the Role:
  • Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Assist the Sales Manager with managing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Train and develop new sales employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed.
  • Prepare and serve high-quality foods, drinks, and coffees to the highest standards.
  • Merchandise products to maximize sales and improve visual appeal.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Friendly and efficient service to all customers.
  • Lead by example and inspire staff to achieve more.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
