We are a multi-faceted maintenance company providing commercial facility services in cleaning, grounds and building maintenance. We take on both small and large commercial contracts including ad hoc and projects.

**About the role**

We are looking for an honest and reliable team member with a fantastic work ethic, to fulfil an entry level IT / Office / Service / Admin position to assist our team in our fast-paced Coolum Beach Head Office.

This role is dynamic, and tasks will be across all areas of Admin and IT including Service, Finance, Marketing, Social Media, HR and Compliance.

Training will be provided, however great IT skills are essential in this role and experience in the following will be an advantage.
- MS Office 365 suite especially SharePoint, Excel, Word, Teams
- Adobe Acrobat
- 60+ wpm typing speed

Programs used in our office include the following, experience in using them will be an advantage, however training will be provided.
- AroFlo
- SafetyCulture
- Asana
- Bitwarden
- Dext

ASAP start is preferred.

No Weekends, office hours are Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week.

This is an in-office role, no work from home will be considered.

**Considerations**
- Great technology and computing skills
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritise
- Great time management and organisational skills are a must
- Have a can-do, productive outcome based attitude in everything from kitchen duties, keeping the office tidy, to assisting management with tasks.
- Current police clearance certificate or ability to obtain one
- Current First Aid
- Own reliable transport to factory/office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and fluent in English
- Great phone manner
- Be adaptable to fluctuations in workload, resources and tasks
- Demonstrated ability to follow processes and procedures
- Ability to work efficiently either independently or as part of a team and still have fun

- Lightroom
- After Effects
- Premier Pro
- Social Media - Facebook, Instagram, YouTube
- Xero

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
