Due to growth and on-going delivery success, Turner & Townsend are seeking a **Occupational Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (OHSEQ) Specialist** to join the Clean Energy team in Melbourne to work across a large solar farm.

We work on projects of all sizes from one-off developments to mega-programmes, from planning the future development across large Clean Energy projects to site based construction of individual projects, while helping the largest companies in the world. We cover everything from leading teams, planning works, tracking progress and business case delivery to bringing assets into use.

In a **OHSEQ Specialist** role:

- _ Assist with the development of an effective and efficient projects safety management system and programs._
- _ Assist with the development of management plans and associated documentation._
- _ Assist with the provision of effective and high quality OHSEQ service to clients._
- _ Assist with the preparation and submission of weekly and monthly reports including recommendations on OHSEQ management and statistics._
- _ Assists with specialised OHSEQ Management System development including standards, policies and procedures and supporting systems, ensuring that all relevant legislative and regulatory requirements and standards are met._
- _ Provide expert advice to clientele, internal and external stakeholders with respect to the policies, management guidelines and procedures as applicable to OHSEQ._
- _ Evaluate contractor OHSEQ documentation to ensure compliance to clients and regulatory requirements._

**Qualifications**
- Must be in Australia with full working rights.
- Must have 5+ years of experience in OHSEQ or Project Management
- Experience in Renewables projects in a must, Solar Farms is prefered.
- A recognised Degree Qualification in a relevant field.
- Relevant industry experience ideally in a consultancy environment.
- Familiarity with reporting and planning software such as Power BI and MS Project
- Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report writing skills.
- Collaborative and ability to work as part of a national team.
- Strong time management skills, quick thinking and resilience to deal with a fast paced environment.
