- Single site support Manufacturing.
- Immediate start Permanent F/time position.
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) with some Injury Management exp. to join our clients team near Clayton.
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the organisation's OHS policies, procedures and systems.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support managers and workers on OHS & IM matters
- Consult, monitor and drive safety improvements
- Provide advice and guidance to all stakeholders on OHS matters
- Support investigations, risk assessments and project work
- Liaise with injured workers, medical professionals and third parties
- Support with coordinating and deliver OHS training, committee meetings and inductions
- Engagement with stakeholders internally and externally
- Conduct workplace inspections and safety audits as required
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Min. Cert IV OHS in relevant field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an OHS and Injury management Advisor or similar role
- Sound knowledge of OHS legislation and regulation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of an organisation
- Attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
