**Role Overview**:
As a Health, Safety, and Environment Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the implementation of effective health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures across our client's renewable energy projects. You will be responsible for driving a culture of safety and sustainability, mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain robust health, safety, and environmental management systems for renewable energy projects.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, site inspections, and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure adherence to safety guidelines.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on health, safety, and environmental matters to project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Deliver comprehensive safety training programs, workshops, and inductions to promote awareness and minimize accidents/incidents.
- Investigate and report incidents, accidents, and near misses, and develop strategies to prevent their recurrence.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental performance.
- Stay updated with the latest regulations, industry trends, and technological advancements related to health, safety, and the environment.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a Health, Safety, and Environment Advisor within the renewable energy or similar industry.
- Sound knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation, standards, and practices.
- Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and incident investigation techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Australian working rights are mandatory.
