This is an exciting opportunity to share and grow your Occupational Health and Safety experience and knowledge within the Safety Risk and Emergency Management Division at Western Health. Reporting to the Occupational Health and Safety Operations Manager, the Custodial Health Occupational Health and Safety Advisor is responsible for:

- Providing OHS advice and guidance within Western Health’s Custodial Health Division.
- Identifying areas to improve health and safety wihtin the custodial health environment.
- Providing OHS Advice to other Western Health staff and work groups as needed.
- Assisting to achieve the service delivery needs of the Safety Risk and Emergency Management Unit.

**To be Successful in this Role you**:

- Are highly motivated, creative, empathectic and people focused in your professional OHS approaches.
- Have appropriate OHS/WHS qualifications to fulfil the role of an OHS Advisor.
- Ability to develop and deliver high-quality training using different training delivery methods.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and experience in developing and managing relationships.
