**About the role**:
Healthscope are looking for a passionate Recruitment/HR Administrator who is looking for the next step in their career. The On-boarding Coordinator is a multi-tasker and superior admin resource who has accountability for the timely delivery of pre-employment on-boarding activities.

The role is responsible for the timely provision of the collection of required compliance for new hires (Police checks, Working Rights, Health Questionnaire, Serology & Vaccination)

You will develop relationships and work closely with our future employees, your colleagues in the TA team as well as the Hiring managers based in our hospitals.

**Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Manage shared mailboxes.
- Connecting with new employees and working through the onboarding compliance requirements with them.
- Provide general administration support to the team utilising strong time management and attention to detail capabilities.
