Head of Marketing

- Salary package up to $250k
- Lead a high performing team
Reporting into the CEO, you will be responsible for ideation, strategic planning, creative and content direction, and overseeing execution of brand initiatives across the business; managing the priorities of the team considering both creative and commercial needs, whilst focusing on developing the brand’s business in line with the creative and business goals.
- Guiding and inspiring the team and stakeholders to create and deliver world-class content, marketing activations, and other brand activities to strengthen the brand vision and achieve business goals
- Overseeing brand touchpoints with the aim to further establish authority, as well as growing the community and engagement through developing original content and supporting brand programs
- Quality control of content before it goes out to the audience
- Focusing and responsible for the planning, forecasting and execution of sales strategies, alongside customer acquisition, to successfully drive revenue and growth.
- Ultimately responsible for ensuring the platforms are configured to the future needs of the business & the end users whilst realising strategic growth opportunities.
- Developing the annual Marketing and e-Commerce strategy in conjunction with the overall business strategy of the company
Ideally you will have:
- Experience in a similar role reporting to executives at Director or CEO level
- Demonstrated success in delivering online sales growth.
- Site development, technical and aesthetic expertise
- Experience in international ecommerce highly regarded.
- Demonstrated experience in developing online strategy and development roadmaps.
- Thorough and practical understanding of Ecommerce best practices and current trends
