Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.

Assist in the coordination and management of acquisition projects, including due diligence, documentation, and follow-up

**Document Preparation**:
Prepare, review, and organize documents related to acquisitions, contracts, and other business operations.

**Data Management**:
Maintain and organize confidential files and records, ensuring accuracy and security.

**Research**:
Conduct research on potential acquisition targets, market trends, and industry developments.

**Meeting Coordination**:
Organize and prepare for meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.

**Relationship Management**:
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clinic staff, vendors, legal teams, and potential acquisition targets.

**Office Management**:
Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workspace.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Graduate Certificate / Graduate Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Executive Assistant: 1 year (required)

**Language**:
