**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Managing operation of the Director, Doctors, and other team members by assisting the day-to-day commitments, communications, and organisational responsibilities.
- Provide high-level administrative support to healthcare executives.
- Coordinate complex schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare, proofread, and format documents and reports.
- Manage confidential information and maintain utmost discretion.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and communication materials.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of executives.
- Facilitate effective communication within the healthcare team.
- Monitor and manage inventory, supplies, and equipment.
- Handle patient concerns and feedback, striving for exceptional patient satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years' executive assistant experience, preferably in healthcare.
- Permanent residency or citizenship.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and communication tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proven discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 25 per week
