**About the role**

We are on the lookout for a super organised and dedicated
**Administration Manager **to join our Service Heroes team in
**Macquarie Park, Sydney**. This role is a
**full-time** permanent position. Reporting to the General Manager - Services Heroes, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the operational activities to achieve the organisational goals of Service Heroes.

**Objectives**
- Assist with day-to-day operations as well as general office administration duties.
- Book and arrange travel and accommodation.
- Manage general operational expenses and related bookkeeping.
- Establish positive relationships with clients.
- Prepare presentations and reports for meetings as required.

**About you**
- Ideally you will have 5 years’ experience in a similar all-rounder role in administration, but if not, the right attitude and willingness to learn and grow will set you apart from the rest
- You’re known for outstanding client service and communication skills (written & verbal)
- You can professionally deal with clients and third parties
- You have an eye for detail and exceptional time management skills
- If you want to be the “glue” for our tribe and are a genuinely a nice person who is always willing to pitch in when the chips are down, then we will consider you
