**Team Assistant - Administration & Executive Support**
- Based in Macquarie Park, short walk from Metro Station + WFH Options Friday
- 7 Additional leave days per year + NFP Salary Packaging + Fitness Passport
- Opportunity to support 3 Senior Leaders - GM Property, CIO & CFO & their teams.
Exciting new opportunity available for a highly organised, professional, and experienced Team Administrator who enjoys variety. This position will support 3 Senior Leaders - GM Property, CIO & CFO & their teams, at Catholic Healthcare’s Head Office with related administration, secretarial, project and coordination tasks within the departments’ areas of expertise.
Your exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, together with your proactive hands on approach and ability to adapt and prioritise within a busy environment, will assist your success in this integral and interesting position.
**Your days will include;**
- File and resources management including team SharePoint pages
- Diary Management - calendars, schedules, and appointments
- Attending, preparation and coordination of meetings - agendas, minutes, action points
- Managing department Governance - Property Department
- Assistance in orientation and support of incoming and outgoing team members
- Management and coordination of team events and travel arrangements
- Providing administrative and project support to team members
- Processing of purchase orders, invoices, & expense reconciliation - Basware
The ideal applicant will have the ability to handle incoming correspondence, prioritise urgent matters, and respond appropriately with discretion and respect for confidentiality. Additionally, you will have;
- Demonstrated experience in a similar position supporting at executive level
- Tertiary qualifications within Business Administration - preferred
- Ability and curiosity to learn quickly and produce quality results
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and internal and external stakeholders
- Competent in using computer systems & MS Office suite, with Advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Sharepoint preferred
- Ability to provide evidence of Covid immunisations
