Work with the Sales Lead, Executives and your Marketing team to drive the marketing strategy and execution.

**Your new company**

You will be joining a dynamic and innovative organisation that is being really ambitious around hitting deadlines on multiple key projects across the state. This organisation is a leader in its field and has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality products and services to its customers. You will be working in partnership with the sales lead and other senior marketing managers to drive the marketing strategy and execution.

**Your new role**

This is a temporary 6-month position based in Adelaide, where you will be responsible for leading a team of marketing professionals across multiple channels and projects. You will oversee the planning, development and implementation of marketing campaigns, initiatives and events that align with the organisation’s goals and objectives. You will also provide strategic advice, guidance and support to the senior management and stakeholders on marketing matters. You will be accountable for delivering results within budget and timeframes, as well as ensuring quality and compliance standards are met.

**What you’ll need to succeed**

To be considered for this role, you will have:

- A degree in marketing or a related field
- Extensive demonstrated experience in a senior marketing role preferably working with a sales function driving sales results
- Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate, coach and develop a high-performing team
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners
- A creative and analytical mindset, with the ability to see opportunities and risks, and devise effective solutions
- A collaborative and flexible approach, with the ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- A strong knowledge of marketing best practices, tools and trends
