**Description**:
About the Role

It’s an exciting time to be joining Emmetts, we are in a period of growth and currently looking for a creative Marketing & Communications Lead to join our team.

You will be working in close creative unison with our dealership and group management teams in developing and implementing inspirational marketing strategies for our respected brands. You will use analytical data to monitor and analyse marketing activity and identify opportunities for improvement.

**Skills and Experiences**:
Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree preferred, preferably in media and communications
Up to four years’ experience working in similar organisation
Experience and/or love for the Agricultural industry is highly regarded
Good interpersonal skills and proven ability to develop productive, results-focused, and effective working relationships.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with good attention to detail.
Passionate and collobrative style.
Demonstrated ability in developing marketing and communications collateral.
Excellent time management with ability to juggle multiple competing deadlines.
Proactive mindset with ability to take initiative.
High level computer skills in the Microsoft Office suite and previous experience using CRM databases.
