**Who you are**:
Geotab is seeking a Marketing Manager for Australia and New Zealand. You will play a lead role in brand management, developing innovative programs and campaigns that drive demand, sales, adoption of existing solutions and strong momentum ahead of new product launches.

You will lead execution for an integrated marketing function in the region, including media, solution-based content and campaigns, and partner programs to deliver a healthy funnel/pipeline. If you love technology, and are keen to join an industry leader — we would love to hear from you
**How you'll make an impact**:
- Become an expert on our customers, who they are, how they buy, and know their key buying criteria to feed into the development of impactful campaigns and content that attracts buyers.
- Consult with Global Marketing, Product Marketing and Sales Enablement Teams to develop value-based messaging, campaigns and market share programs that will resonate in the local market.
- Collaborate with Marketing Leadership to extend corporate growth marketing strategies that accelerate pipeline development in the local markets.
- Continuously evaluate and adjust marketing strategies, channels and tactics to meet changing market and competitive conditions with an eye on continuous improvement.
- Develop close relationships with our partners, collaborating on joint marketing plans that tie to revenue goals, and ensuring that funded programs are mutually beneficial.
- Manage the regional co-op marketing fund process including proactive planning, proposal management, review, acceptance/rejection, proof of performance, and reporting on impact.
- Work to ensure successful lead capture, nurture, and handoff to sales and partner channels with closed loop reporting.
- Lead all aspects of the region’s corporate events from idea to tactical execution of 10-20 events per year.
- Develop and manage an annual budget with monthly and quarterly status reporting that includes forecasts and accurate reconciliation of planned expenses.
- Utilize business planning tools (e.g. Salesforce) to forecast and manage quarterly budgets.
- Optimize plans and budgets ensuring that campaigns are creative, well-positioned and meet global brand standards.
- Manage several third-party agencies ensuring that all brand review processes are conducted and followed.
**What you'll bring to this role**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
- 8+ years proven experience in a Marketing or Business-related role.
- Demonstrated experience in brand strategy, growth marketing, industry marketing, content strategy, or other related experience in an enterprise SaaS software sector.
- Experience working in a channel-based sales organization, with focus on leads management and building sales pipeline.
- Proven results in owning and delivering on measured, accountable results that have driven exponential growth and revenue attainment targets.
- Experience with leading, planning and executing within a matrix organization and executing against measured goals and targets.
- Self-starter attitude, ability to work on various projects simultaneously and perform within a fast-growth, agile environment
- A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship management skills.
- A strong team-player with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization.
- Technical competence using software programs, including, but not limited to, Google Suite for business (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
