Client Executive

The purpose of this role is to provide support and assistance in all areas of managing the client’s business and keeping day to day activities running smoothly.

The Role:
As the Client Executive, you will primarily be responsible for the implementation and buying of media activity on behalf of our clients. This is a full funnel media planning/booking/buying role and you will have excellent opportunity to be part of one of our highest performing teams' (and working on the most fun account).

Core responsibilities include:

- Proactive support role for team: most specifically the managers and client director
- To buy and optimise a range of media cross platform including negotiations and activity beyond overarching client deals
- Own day to day tasks such as competitive, invoicing and finance management, WIP updates and more
- Manage implementation of campaigns from briefing media, booking to campaign post analysis
- Collate data for competitor reports, media industry trends, live research
- Take the lead on client interactions as we include you in the conversation - our client is amazing and we want you to love them as much as we do

A bit about you:

- You have solid media partner relationships and product knowledge and the ability to engage and adhere to our partner engagement approach to drive the best outcomes for your client.
- Strong verbal communication and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and work to timelines.
- Proficiency in supporting on building of documentation and strong administrative skills and attention to detail to support Client Managers
- Strong implementational and executional background with experience across offline and digital media tools and platforms
- Fusion (eTAM, eRAM, AQX) experience
- SMD software suite
- Ability to accurately build a media plan for small to medium campaigns independently (TV buying essential), and being able to effectively present results, insights and optimisations
