**The opportunity**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual looking to join a very busy People and Culture team. You will be responsible for demonstrating ownership of the full life-cycle of the talent acquisition and onboarding process with the aim of improving the quality of hires and long-term retention of talent across all VRTP sites. This is a unique opportunity in a fast paced, dynamic and fun environment, focused on creating joy and memories that last lifetimes

**Your day to day**:

- Engage with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and to develop positive and effective working relationships
- Liaising with the P&C team with regards to onboarding, policies and procedures, remuneration and benefits, visas, mobility, inductions, etc.
- Deliver exceptional client-care
- Managing and championing the internal recruitment systems and processes
- Manage the interactions with professionals on industry platforms
- Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires
- Mentoring and coaching junior team members
- Manage all Page Up requests and approvals
- Providing coaching and development to hiring managers to ensure best practice attraction, interview and selection techniques are implemented and maintained

**What you'll bring**:

- Undergraduate degree in HR or a related field
- Talent Acquisition experience gained within a fast paced environment with volume recruitment
- Demonstrative experience in managing the end to end recruitment process and competency based interviewing
- Exceptional and demonstrable proactive research and resourcing abilities including LinkedIn and other platforms (mandatory)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to suit the targeted audience at all stakeholder levels.
- Outstanding organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Ability to adapt to various working environments.
- Previous experience in Page Up People would be advantageous.
- Ability to work independently, as well as in partnership with other internal stakeholders
- Self-motivated and passionate about recruitment
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to build rapport with others
