**Your role**:
At Dulux, we’re not just about paint—we’re about creating trusted solutions that trade professionals rely on every day. We’re now looking for a hands-on Product Manager to drive growth and innovation across our Maxima, Spitfire, Maverick, and Paintwise brands.
This role is all about blending creativity with commercial focus: from launching exciting new products to managing portfolios that strengthen our brand presence in the trade channel. You’ll be the champion of tools & equipment in stores, working closely with sales, trade, procurement, supply chain, and marketing teams to deliver results that make a difference.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Drive new product development (NPD) through the established stage-gate process, ensuring effective launches and post-launch reviews.
- Manage and optimize product portfolios across Maxima, Spitfire, Maverick, and Paintwise—balancing performance, consumer insights, and inventory management.
- Lead promotional activity and clearance plans to maximize sales opportunities in Dulux Trade Centres, Paint Spot, and Inspirations Paint stores.
- Support the creation of brand collateral and marketing communications across print, digital, and social media.
- Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders across Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Marketing to deliver aligned outcomes.

**Skills & Experience**
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or Commerce is highly regarded but not essential.
- Experience in marketing, product, or category management.
- Demonstrated success launching new products and managing portfolios to meet growth targets.
- Strong analytical, financial, and strategic planning skills, with the ability to turn insights into action.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills—comfortable collaborating across teams and functions.
- Exceptional project management, organizational, and communication skills.
