Our Client is a long established and reputable specialist practice located in the Eastern Suburbs close to public transport. This pivotal role is managing the practice to ensure all aspects of the business operate efficiently and effectively on a day-to-day basis. You will provide high-level practice management support to the doctors, clinical and administration staff to deliver positive patient experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing front desk duties, ensuring staff maintain a high standard of customer service & assist when needed
- Ensuring all administration functions are met
- Overseeing outstanding accounts
- Management of complaints & responses
- Planning and monitoring staff rostering
- Induction and coordinating training of new & current employees
- Tracking leave days & computation of staff hours for payroll
- Performance appraisal & management
- IT & office equipment maintenance
- Managing purchases of office and medical supplies
- Developing & implementing business plans & strategies
- Ensuring staff meet compliance of policies and procedures

A friendly and professional manner with previous medical practice management experience supervising staff is essential. Ability to demonstrate and encourage leadership and teamwork. Good computer skills with prior experience with a medical management system such as Genie. You will have excellent verbal & written communications skills with an outgoing nature and polished personal presentation are also pre-requisites of the role.

This is a full-time permanent position Mondays to Fridays, 38 hours per week. A salary guide up to $90,000 + Superannuation dependent on experience. Please note no recruitment, processing payroll or accounts payable/receivable are required in this position.
