Utilise your All-on-4 experience to manage the treatment plans for all surgical patients at this busy thriving practice. Actively contribute to the success of this practice by creating exceptional care experiences for our patients and their families.

The Practice is committed to providing exceptional health care to all patients in a friendly and comfortable environment. Our practice is bright and modern with state-of-the-art technology with easy access to public transport, cafes and shops.

**As you will often be the first and last point of contact with our patients, your role and the service you provide is enormously important**

You will significantly contribute to the patient experience as you coordinate, communicate and follow up with surgical patients and their health journey with our practice, ensuring smooth and productive appointment scheduling. You will develop strong and regular communication with the in-house team, the anaesthetic team, the surgical team and the laboratory to ensure efficiency.

- Leading and coordinating extensive treatment plans
- Clearly understanding AO4
- Providing the highest level of patient service and care
- Sound clinical dental knowledge
- Previous roles of a Treatment coordinator or Practice Manager

**Additional skills**:

- Have exceptional interpersonal and time management skills
- Have a warm and welcoming approach, able quickly build rapport with patients
- Be highly efficient and organised, with the ability to lead and motivate others
- Be a team player with initiative and an excellent work ethic
