**The Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily operations of the clinic, including reception, scheduling, and staff coordination
- Supervise and support administrative and clinical staff to maintain efficient service delivery
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and infection control standards
- Manage patient bookings, billing, and records using dental practice software
- Resolve patient enquiries and concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain stock levels, order supplies, and manage supplier relationships
- Monitor budgets and assist with financial and operational reporting
- Implement and maintain clinic policies and procedures
- Support recruitment, staff training, and team development

**Skills and Experience Required**
- Relevant Diploma or Degree in Management with at least one year of experience in the industry or Minimum 3 years experience in a clinic, practice, or service-based management role
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with dental or healthcare software systems
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards relevant to healthcare practices
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Qualifications in Business, Health Administration, or Practice Management are desirable
