**Auto One** is seeking a marketer to take up the **Marketing Coordinator **role in our Marketing team at Castle Hill on a full-time permanent basis.

The **Marketing Coordinator **is generalist marketing role responsible for the implementation of the Auto One marketing strategy. The role has a heavy focus on marketing production including catalogues, point of sale and digital assets. To be successful in this role you need to be thorough and have fantastic attention to detail and love being organised.

This role would suit someone looking to further their experience across the full marketing mix to support their career growth.

**About the role**
- You will manage and execute the production of retail marketing campaigns including catalogue, point of sale, radio, digital assets, eDMs, social media, video & associated administration tasks
- You will look after promotional marketing activity and manage the marketing calendar
- Manage print and distribution e.g. catalogues & POS
- Assist with TV & Radio production
- Support with the Trade marketing program
- Manage and execute the A1 Autoparts brand and marketing program
- Manage and execute sponsorship marketing entitlements
- Manage and execute Point of sale and in-store marketing
- Support with content development & digital marketing
- Adhoc tasks as required

**About you**
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing or equivalent preferred
- 3+ years’ experience in a marketing role
- You have strong attention to detail - nothing gets past you
- You have strong time management and planning skills - you love being organised
- You thrive in a busy environment and have a strong work ethic
- You love retail and working with store teams
- You are customer orientated in everything you do
- Writing skills including internal communications and marketing materials would be a bonus
- Demonstrated experience in advertising production
- Demonstrated experience executing campaigns from end-to-end including scoping, briefing, execution, optimisation and post analysis and evaluation
- Passion for learning and the ability to transfer that passion and learning to others
- Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders across various locations and business areas
- Ability to plan and pursue challenging goals whilst successfully managing competing priorities
- Fantastic communication skills
- Retail experience preferred but not essential
