We are seeking a dedicated professional who excels in multitasking and possesses excellent communication skills. As a Senior Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our clinic and creating a welcoming environment for our patients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable from the moment they walk through our doors.
- Efficiently manage a busy reception area, handling all inquiries, phone calls, and appointment scheduling promptly and accurately.
- Coordinate patient flow by managing check-ins and collecting necessary documentation.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing patient concerns, resolving issues, and offering support and guidance as needed.
- Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate communication and efficient coordination of patient care.
- Oversee and train junior reception staff, ensuring they deliver high-quality service and adhere to clinic policies and procedures.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, maintaining appointment calendars, and organising patient files.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or allied health setting.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively and compassionately with diverse individuals.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficient in using practice management and computer software for appointment scheduling and documentation.
- Understanding of medical terminology, insurance processes, and confidentiality regulations is highly desirable.
- Leadership skills and the ability to mentor and guide junior staff.
- Professional demeanor, maintaining a positive attitude even in high-pressure situations.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
