Circumcision Vasectomy Australia is a trusted provider of male surgical procedures, operating across four Melbourne locations. We are looking for a highly motivated **Practice Manager** with a strong background in medical practice management, nursing, or healthcare to lead our team, streamline operations, and drive business growth.

**About the Role**

As **Practice Manager**, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our clinics, ensuring efficient workflows, exceptional patient care, and business growth. You will manage **staff across four locations**, coordinate **stock and rostering**, and take an active role in **marketing our services** to GPs and specialists. If you have a nursing background, you may be required to assist with procedures if a nurse is unavailable. A nursing background is advantages.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Team Management**: Oversee 3 reception staff and 4 nurses, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality service.
- **Doctor Support**: Assist our sole practitioner by coordinating patient flow and clinic logistics.
- **Marketing & Business Growth**: Promote our services to GPs and specialists to expand our referral network.
- **Stock Management**: Ensure adequate medical supplies at all locations (no travel required; coordinate deliveries and inventory with staff on site).
- **Rostering**: Manage staff schedules across the four locations.
- **Recruitment**: Assist in expanding the practice by identifying and onboarding new doctors.
- **Clinical Assistance (if applicable)**: If you have a nursing background, you may need to assist with surgical procedures in case of staff shortages.

**About You**
- **Previous experience in medical practice management** (experience in GP, surgical, or men’s health clinics is a plus).
- **Nursing or healthcare background preferred** (RN/EN highly regarded).
- Strong **leadership and organisational skills** to manage a multi-site practice.
- Ability to **engage with GPs and specialists** to drive referrals and business growth.
- Experience in **rostering, stock management, and HR coordination**.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Very good tech skills and ability to manage social media

Pay: $52,342.41 - $90,000.00 per year
