**About the Role**
We are currently seeking compassionate and enthusiastic **Support Workers** to join our growing team on a **casual basis**. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about making a difference and enjoy flexible, community-based work.

**Responsibilities include**:

- **Personal Care**: Assistance with grooming, bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility support.
- **Household Support**: General cleaning (e.g., sweeping, mopping, laundry), meal preparation, and basic household chores.
- **Outdoor/Yard Maintenance**: Light gardening, lawn mowing, weeding, and watering.
- **Transport & Errands**: Supporting clients with appointments, grocery shopping, and community activities.
- **Social & Emotional Support**: Providing companionship, emotional reassurance, and assistance with daily routines and schedules.

**About You**
We’re looking for someone who is:

- **Studying or completed a Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, or Allied Health** (Allied health students with experience are highly encouraged to apply)
- Experienced (minimum 1 year preferred) in a similar support role
- First Aid and CPR certified
- Cleared via the **NDIS Worker Screening Check**:

- A holder of a valid driver’s license with access to a reliable vehicle
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional in supporting people from diverse backgrounds
- Organised and confident working independently while following care plans accurately
