Functions Coordinator

**The Hotel Richmond** is seeking a Function Coordinator to join our busy venue and functions team. With our unique and versatile venue, you will need to have a passion for events and maintain a high standard of exceptional service and hospitality. This role will be responsible for sourcing, planning and delivering end-to-end events.
In this hands-on role, we are looking for someone who has:
- A minimum of 1 year experience in F&B management and/or function coordination.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills as well as an eye for detail.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to converse easily with customers and other staff is essential.
- Have a current RSA qualification (RP will also be preferable but not essential).
- Availability to work part-time office hours and weekends.
- Have exceptional computer skills.
- Be able to work both autonomously and in a team
This is an all-encompassing role involving both office hours and hands on floor work.
On the job training will also be provided.
**Job Type**: Casual
**Salary**: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Adelaide CBD, SA 5000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
