
Property and Assets Coordinator

As a Property and Assets Coordinator, you will provide effective and efficient coordination and administration of Property and Assets functions to ensure timely and customer focused delivery.
You’ll be based at our **Kent Town** Head office on a **Permanent full-time basis.**
As a key member of the Property and Assets team you will be instrumental in providing coordination and administration support with a focus on SYC commercial properties. Key responsibilities for this role include but not limited to:
- Coordinate commercial projects and relocation
- Liaise with commercial property agents and landlords
- Coordinating and liaising with contractors
- Provide coordination of maintenance requests via Property Tree
- Undertake regular property inspections
- Monitor contracts for facilities management services
- Work collaboratively with fleet users and suppliers as required
- Ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and professional manner
**About You**
The successful applicant will demonstrate experience in commercial property and facilities management and the ability to work both autonomously, as well as an effective team member to achieve quality outcomes. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in commercial projects and gain exposure to residential services.
Key requirements:
- Proven successful record in coordinating services related to property, facilities, and assets management within a medium to large sized organisations
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation and to review and interpret commercial agreements
- Project management experience and exposure to project management principles
- Demonstrated experience with Property Tree and maintenance tracking software
- Well-developed problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to respond to enquiries and produce quality documentation
- Customer focused, self-motivated with a ‘can do’ attitude.
**For this role, you will need to**:
- Be willing to complete a Working with Children Check, National Police Check
- Have a current valid Driver’s licence and willingness to drive is essential
- Be eligible to work in Australia
