**ROLE**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the successful implementation of key initiatives at our Centre. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in streamlining processes, optimizing resources, and fostering collaboration to support our vision and mission. You will be responsible for building and managing relationships with members and partners, identifying collaborative opportunities, coordinating project planning and execution, facilitating member engagement and communication, and evaluating project outcomes. This role requires working in cross-functional agile teams, leveraging cyber security products and services, and ensuring scalability. **YOU**
- Cultivate collaboration and transparent communication through strong relationships with staff and stakeholders.
- Coordinate project delivery using agile methodologies to create valuable community experiences.
- Develop and maintain relationships with members, industry representatives, and government stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support, including project scheduling, budgeting, and milestone tracking.
- Schedule stakeholder meetings and facilitate communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and analyze project progress reports for internal and external parties.
- Assist in organizing workshops, training, and events related to projects.
- Required skills: project coordination experience, proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a desire to work in a small cross-functional team.
- Qualifications: bachelor's degree in business administration or three years of project coordination experience
