We are the faces behind the National Pharmacies Christmas Pageant, where we get to walk arm in arm with our valued members; support junior sport programs with our involvement with the National Pharmacies SANFL juniors and a number of local sports sponsorships; support KickStart for Kids with various fundraising drives, and most recently the 20/20 project providing free glasses for members children aged 12 years and under.

**About The Role...**

Reporting to the Senior Manager People, Culture and Performance this is a job-share role working 3 days a week, on Wednesday, Thursday & Friday's for 12 months. This role will provide HR support, coordination and administration across a full range of HR services to National Pharmacies employees working in our Support Offices. As part of the wider People and Culture team, this role will work collaboratively to contribute to the development and consistent implementation of the departments procedures and projects.

**In this role, you will**:

- Coordinate recruitment function with advertising, screening, interviewing and post recruitment activities
- Coordinate the on-boarding experience of new employees
- Coordinate the offboarding process for employees, including preparation of acceptance of resignation letters, exit interviews are issued, internal correspondence is provided to relevant departments and that processes are followed to ensure all equipment is returned as necessary
- Administration of People and Culture related checks; compliance checks, probationary reviews, immunisation records etc
- Preparation of employment related documentation as required; offers of employment, variations of employment, flexible work agreements
- Coordinate employee surveys
- Assist with the planning and preparation of our annual awards evening
- Manage various HR systems user access and permissions
- Provide administration support to WHS and Training teams as required
- Assist in the maintenance of the organisations intranet site

**Experience, skills & attributes**:

- Previous experience interpreting Fair Work Act or Modern Awards
- Demonstrated capability in a People, Culture Performance Coordinator or administrator role
- High-level interpersonal, written and oral communication skills with a commitment to quality customer service
- High level computer skills across a range of system
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise a range of conflicting tasks and deadlines within a high volume work environment
- Ability to use initiative, discretion, judgement and maintain confidentiality
- Well-developed administrative, organisational and time management skills
