**Responsibilities**:

- Providing excellent customer service and patient care
- Greeting patients, answering telephone calls, and booking patient appointments
- Managing confidential patient records
- Patient billing and payment collection
- Maintain patient confidentiality at all times
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with patients and staff

**Skills and Experience Requirements**:

- 1 + years experience as a Medical Receptionist
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise under pressure
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Compassionate and empathetic
- Professional and great communication skills

Our client is a trusted and accredited radiology practice providing a specialised breast imaging service for more than 30 years. Their aim is to provide high-quality imaging services specifically for the diagnosis and management of breast problems and to do so in a supporting and empathetic environment. They offer many services including Contrast Enhanced Mammography, 3D Mammography, Ultrasound and Biopsy services, all specifically designed for breast assessment. They are looking for a medical receptionist superstar to join the fantastic team. This is a permanent full time position.
