**What this opportunity involves**:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, bright and enthusiastic professional Assistant Facilities Manager to work onsite for a major financial services company. As the AFM, you’ll ensure the delivery of optimal facility management services such as service contracts, related budgets and tenant liaison to facilitate works across a portfolio of properties.

In this busy and diverse role, you’ll;
- Assist in the management of engineering and building maintenance contracts including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, security and fire contracts
- Prepare, manage and report on budget, an expenditure for repairs and maintenance and capital works projects or facilities related issues
- Carryout building & branch inspections
- Manage a team of people responsible for the delivery of customer and property services to a portfolio of buildings
- Respond to and manage ad-hoc requests for repairs and maintenance within pre-determined budget
