**About the Role**:
We currently have a position available for a Resourcing Advisor to join our high performing Talent team based in our Fortitude Valley office, Brisbane

The Talent team plays an integral part in keeping John Holland moving forward and you will be working on projects currently underway and on the horizon.

The role will report into a Resourcing Manager and will support a business unit in it's resourcing activities.

**Responsibilities of the role include**:

- End-to-end recruitment life cycle in accordance with JHG onboarding procedures
- Providing excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
- Guiding the relevant BU’s and stakeholders on resourcing matters

**To be successful in this key role, you must have**:

- Previous internal or external recruitment experience within the construction, engineering or related industries.
- Diligent with systems and processing of employee onboarding
- Strong communication skills
- Have the ability to work and support varied stakeholders
- Be able to share and collaborate within a busy team environment
