As our company grows, we are currently seeking an enthusiastic HR Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team at our Head Office in Fortitude Valley.

This role involves a combination of administrative tasks, attention to detail, and effective communication with stakeholders throughout Queensland.

**A typical day in this role may include**:

- Coordinating and arranging travel and accommodation bookings for multiple stakeholders.
- Generating regular and ad-hoc reports as needed.
- Providing administrative support in HR services and workplace relations matters.
- Reviewing and formatting reports and sensitive business documents.
- Facilitating an engaging and culturally-aligned onboarding process for new employees.
- Assisting in the development of legally compliant Letters of Appointment.

**The following skills, behaviors, and qualifications are essential**:

- Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous administrative experience, including reviewing and editing sensitive documents, is highly regarded.
- Demonstrated ability to organize, coordinate, and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Preferred previous experience in the hospitality industry.
- Willingness to assist with tasks and projects outside of the typical HR scope, as we are a growing organization.
