The Role

Jericho Road is looking for a friendly and reliable Human Resources Administrator to join our growing team on a casual basis.

  • Location: On-site at Allowah, Dundas Valley
  • Hours of Work: Approximately 7.6 hours per week (1 day)
  • Remuneration: $26.00-$28.00 per hour + casual loading

  • Conduct reference checks
  • Collect new starter documentation including signed forms, certificates and compliance records
  • Maintain accurate employee records across the HR Information System
  • Assist the Human Resources Advisor with adhoc tasks as required

Skills We're Looking For

  • Communication – Have strong written and verbal interpersonal skills to communicate across diverse groups.
  • Organisation and Time Management – Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to Learn – Be passionate about HR and motivated to make a difference in the community services industry.

Essential Criteria

  • Currently studying Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Working with Children Check.
  • NDIS Worker Check.
