**About You**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with LEAP and PEXA programs an advantage
- High level of professionalism and presentation
- Empathetic and supportive nature
- Excellent typing and accurate data entry skills

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Meet and greet clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages and redirect calls
- General administration support
