**Full Job Description**

**Public Sector People (PSP) **are currently looking to speak to a Communications Advisor
***who would be interested in a 2 - 3 month contract to join an exciting NSW Government organisation.
- _Immediate State_
- _North Shore Location_
- _2 - 3 month contract_
- _$70 p/h + Super_
- _35 hrs per week Monday - Friday_
- _Experience as a Communications Officer is essential_

This role is to assist the daily operations of the Marketing and communications team. Helping implement the service delivery of communications and content across a range of channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver and create content & communications across a range of mediums including digital, print, video, social media and EDM
- Prepare and manage marketing communication plans and briefs
- Create and drive innovative and dynamic content across a range of mediums such as articles, copywriting, and videos
- Work collaboratively on internal project teams and to manage external communications
- Support emergency or crisis communications
- Prepare and manage marketing communication plans and briefs
- Asist the Marketing and Communications Lead with day to day tasks and coordinating projects and activities as requested

**About you**:

- Minimum 3yrs experience or in a senior level role
- Government experience desirable but not necessary
- Demonstrated experience with social media content, CMS, EDM & writing
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast paced environment
- **Must be fully vaccinated**
