**Digital Communications Advisor - Launch UGL’s Facebook Page**

Due to our ever-growing portfolio of projects, we have created a new full time permanent opportunity for a Communications Advisor. You will join the Corporate team based out of our head office in North Sydney.

In this role you will be responsible for the management of an enhanced digital content strategy across social media channels.

**The opportunity**

This is an amazing opportunity for you to play a key part in telling our story; making a difference RAP, transitioning energy to Net-Zero, helping people get to work every day Sydney Metro Northwest, and helping Australians stay safe Sydney Trains Maintenance to name a few You will be heavily involved in launching our Facebook page You will also have the opportunity to travel, visiting some of our acclaimed work sites, returning to the office to write about it

**About the role**

You will seek out stories by talking to our people, draft the content, obtain approval and distribute to a variety of channels such as LinkedIn, Seek, Oktopost, UGL’s website and intranet and other platforms. These stories and articles will form part of our enhanced digital content strategy designed to shared with the world. Write and distribute stories for different audiences This will involve every UGL division and business unit - you will be the creator behind the stories.

As a very varied role you will also prepare, plan and facilitate online and in-person events such as the launch of next RAP, senior leader webinars or business updates. This will also include drafting company wide internal communication messages, managing the UGL Merchandise Program, supporting Employee Network Groups such as the Ambassadors Group, Very Best Awards and launching new Diversity & Social Inclusion initiatives such as PRIDE.

**Key responsibilities**
- Be responsible for the management of digital content across social media channels
- Support the migration of multiple sub-brand websites and LinkedIn accounts into UGL’s ecosystem
- Provide support to UGL’s recruitment teams by creating engaging content for external use, including for LinkedIn, Seek, Oktopost, UGL’s website and other platforms
- Provide communications support including tender support, events and community engagement

**About you**
- You will have experience writing content for distribution across a number of channels
- Experience managing many projects or pieces of work simultaneously
- The desire to learn, grow and develop
- The ability to travel
