As they continue to grow, they are seeking a passionate and talented Technical Specialist to join their team based in Korumburra.

About the Role

As a Technical Specialist you will be highly motivated and detail-oriented to support the Technical Manager in implementing and maintaining new product development and process systems. In this role, you will work on developing product formulations, conducting new product development, and continuously improving their existing products, with a specific focus on cream cheese. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of their products meet the highest standards.

To be successful in the role, you will work cross functionally with both internal & external stakeholders in the business and have the capability to influence and build relationships to ensure the best outcome for customers.

Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in food science, dairy or a related
- Proven IT skills, including SAP.
- Excellent attention to detail with ability to provide prompt solutions to customer inquiries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
