The Primary, Aged and Community Care division of Telstra Health is committed to providing high quality software solutions to the Aged & Disability care market. Our products include clinical, medication management and administration systems for the residential aged care setting, and home/disability care systems and mobile apps for the community care sector.

**The Role**

The core role of the Technical Specialist is for providing 3rd Level technical and installation support to the Australian client base that operates iCareHealth Clinical Care, Medication Management and Resident Manager system.

**Key Accountabilities**

You’ll be responsible for delivering technical and installation support to our clients with the agreed service level and other required performance metrics. You’ll be required to be hands on in leading client case resolution but also capable of supervising and leading a team of Deployment Support Consultants and Application Support Specialists.

**What You’ll Bring**

We are seeking someone who possesses a strong knowledge of software technology and environments including Windows Server, Networks, Virtual Server environments, software configuration and release management, change control and software support.

Other technical skills we are looking for include C# knowledge, along with knowledge of Visual Studio IDE, TFS, Microsoft SQL, PowerShell scripting, IIS administration, networks infrastructure and a basic understanding of Network security.

Past exposure to the Aged Care industry, Community/Home Care sector, the health industry or nursing will also be highly regarded.
