**About Our Client**:
We are working exclusively with a worldwide leading - edge dental company that produces a range of products and systems for dentists and dental technicians.
- Manage large volume of customer calls in a positive, empathetic and professional manner all times
- Communicate effectively with warehouse and customers to ensure the timely dispatch of products
- Creating of new customer accounts
- Processing of incoming order requests relating to technical and clinical equipment sales
- Liaise with local service technicians when required to assist with urgent repairs.
- Data Entry of quotes, sales orders, credits, debits and consignment orders
**The Successful Applicant**:
- A Dental background would be highly advantageous but not essential
- Strong customer service skills
- Good computer skills with SAP and Salesforce experience advantageous
- High attention to detail
- Problem solving and conflict resolution
- Able to juggle multiple tasks whilst remaining calm and collected
