I am recruiting for a permanent customer service /administration position for a hospitality supplies organisation based in the Eastern Suburbs.
**Your new role**
- Responsible for the sales support of sales reps / showroom sales team.
- Responsible for managing website orders.
- Customer service - answering phone, directing calls to the most suitable person.
- General administration duties - filing, invoicing and databases maintained.
- Contract pricing for customers as per sales team instructions.
- Generate customer quotes on internal system and via excel.
- Facilitate the ordering process from quote to delivery.
- Follow up any discrepancies with customers and advise the sales person responsible to ensure suitable outcome is achieved with customer.
- Manage any sales team returns/credits and ensure they are processed in a timely manner.
- Assist sales force with correspondence with customers when needed, e.g. while on annual leave, customer calls QCC directly.
- Liaise with purchasing, goods inwards and dispatch.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient on Excel, Word and Outlook
- Proficient in computers and technology
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Have to ability to keep track of your daily tasks
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask.
Desires:
- Previous experience in similar role handling telephone enquiries, demonstrated computer skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and focus on customer satisfaction.
- Industry experience essential, or previous work within similar role required.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am-5.00pm
